Terms and Conditions.

With every contract that Keeran Roberts Photography issues, a copy of the terms and conditions will be attached. It is your responsibility to review the T&C's before paying any deposits. By paying your £50 deposit you (the client) agree to the T&Cs set out by Keeran Roberts Photography.​​

Your contract and any correspondence with Keeran Roberts Photography will be legally held on record for 6 years. After this period, your contract etc., will be destroyed. 

Note: Any terms and conditions that you have with your contract, these are still valid including the up to date terms and conditions on this website.

Ownership & Copyright

All aspects of this website are copyright of Keeran Roberts Photography. In accessing Keeran Roberts Photography website you agree that you will only use the downloaded content of this website for your own personal and domestic use including non-commercial reference. No part of this website (www.keeran-roberts.com) may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means. This includes electronic, mechanical, photocopying or otherwise without prior permission on the site owner. The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright to the Photographer. It is contrary to the Act to copy or to allow being copied, by any means, photographs covered by this contract. However, where a disc/USB stick has been given, the Customer may reproduce the images on the disc for their sole use. Digital or reprinted images cannot be shared with third parties.

Your Consumer Rights

You (the client) have a 14 day period to notify Keeran Roberts Photography of any problems or issue found once your have received your photos. After this period, it is at the discretion of Keeran Roberts Photography to re-edit the photos.

Terms & Payment 

​

Subject to which package you choose, travel and hotel costs may/may not apply. Your proposal will show any applicable travel and hotels costs. Travel will be charged at 45p per mile.

All invoices are payable in full immediately on submission of invoice unless otherwise agreed in advance. This includes any otherwise stated travel costs. If payment is not made then Keeran Roberts Photography may rescind any Agreements made and will endeavour to recover any debts or damages. A fee of £50 will be made for each account reminder, duplicate invoices or any other paperwork, correspondence or phone calls with the pursuance of a debt. This fee is non-refundable and represents the additional time spent pursuing the overdue/outstanding debt. Should the debt not be cleared within 3 weeks of the chargeable reminders being sent, legal action will take place to recover the debt in question.

Cancellation of a photo-shoot must be given in writing within 7 days before the photo-shoot is due. Any monies paid to Keeran Roberts Photography excluding your deposit will be refunded to you.
 

The preferred payment method is by BACS and bank details will be detailed on your quote. If payment by cash is made, an email receipt of payment will be issued at the time of receipt of monies. Keeran Roberts Photography does not accept cheques.

 

Deposits.

Wedding photo-shoot: £50 (non-refundable) 
Final payment of photo-shoot must be made in full 2 business weeks prior to my attendance at the photo-shoot unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds.

​

It is your (client) responsibility to review Keeran Roberts Photography's portfolio and photography style. Upon completion of your photo editing and delivery of your photos, refunds will not issued if you the client decide that my style is not your liking.

If you for any reason a refund (full or part) is issued by Keeran Roberts Photography, you the client are legally out of contract with Keeran Roberts Photography. 

​Wedding albums.

​

Wedding albums are designed according to the sequential number of the photos taken during your day. This tells the story of your day within the album. If you (the client) wish to choose your own photos for your album, please let Keeran Roberts Photography know either in writing after your wedding day or the day of your wedding consultation. A further consultation will be held face to face to discuss what photos will be used.

 

Your album pages will have your photos printed on them with a high gloss paper screen applied to them.
 

A wedding album with a wedding that Keeran Roberts Photography has carried out will be brought to the wedding consultation for you to view. If you wish to not proceed with the album a reduction in my price may occur.

If you decide once you have received your completed album that this is no longer required or a family member/guest etc dislikes the album, Keeran Roberts Photography will not refund the album cost. As per your legal statutory rights, any bespoke items will not be refunded,

Note: You have a 14 day period to inform Keeran Roberts Photography of any issues with your album. If you album is faulty for example pages falling out, your album must to returned to Keeran Roberts Photography before a new album is designed and sent for binding, and printing.

USB stick and presentation case.

​

All presentation cases are designed during the photo editing stage. The USB stick will be either a 16GB, 32GB or 64GB capacity. The design, printing and delivery of your (the client) stick and presentation case can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

The case and stick go through a quality check when it arrives at Keeran Roberts Photography for any defects in the printing and cover. Any defects found, a further 2 weeks will be included for a reprint and delivery. A sample of the USB case will be brought to the wedding consultation for you to view.

Note: You have a 14 day period to inform Keeran Roberts Photography of any issues with your USB pen and/or case. Any faulty USBs etc are to sent back to Keeran Roberts Photography for an exchange.

 

Online Gallery.

​

Your (the client) online gallery will only showcase a selection of photos of the day. The gallery will be live for 4 weeks and deactivated to allow for other galleries to become live. Please note that all photos on the gallery are the sole ownership of Keeran Roberts Photography and any copying or downloading of photos will be taken as a breach of this contract and the gallery will be terminated with immediate effect and legal action will be taken against you.

 

The photo-editing phase.

​

​Photo editing of your (the client) photos only covers lighting and imperfections only. For example, if the wedding dress is white on the day, the photo shows the dress as off white, the editing will change the colour of the dress from off white to white so it reflects the colour of the day. Keeran Roberts Photography will carry out minimal photoshop work on your photos.

If you the client decide to have your wedding photos re-edited by another wedding company, this is in breach of your contract and the copyright of Keeran Roberts Photography. If Keeran Roberts Photography gives you permission for another company outside of Keeran Roberts Photography to re-edit your photos, this cost will not be charged to Keeran Roberts Photography. All outside costs that are not associated with Keeran Roberts Photography's issued contract to you (the client), all associated costs will be payable by you and not recharged to Keeran Roberts Photography.

Delivery of your photos.

​

1 week after your wedding, Keeran Roberts Photography will always send a few edited photos to you (the client) so you can see how the editing and your day has come out in photo form. The rest of the photo editing phase can take up to 8 business to complete.

Keeran Roberts Photography will send your album/USB stick + case/printed photos to you using Royal Mail or an equivalent service. A tracking number will be provided to you (the client).

If the package is rejected at your home (client), the package will be returned to Keeran Roberts Photography. Please note that Royal Mail have the right to dispose of products at their National Returns Centre. 

Should Royal Mail dispose of your USB stick/presentation case/album or printed photos, Keeran Roberts Photography does not hold responsibility for the disposal. Keeran Roberts Photography will submit your photos via a transfer link and should you (the client) require a replacement USB stick/presentation case/album/printed photos including delivery charges this will be charged to you (the client) and is payable to Keeran Roberts Photography. 

You the client MUST inform Keeran Roberts Photography within 14 days of receipt of your photos if you have any issues with them. Once the 14 day period has lapsed, Keeran Roberts Photography does not hold any responsibility for any errors etc., found on your photos.

Force Majeure 

​

Keeran Roberts Photography will always leave in ample time prior to a photo-shoot whether it’s a wedding, portrait (family or individual) to allow significant time in getting to your specified photography location. 
 

Keeran Roberts photography shall have no liability to the Client if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations under the photography proposal or from carrying on its business by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Traffic disruptions (that include but are not limited to road closures, road works, traffic accidents, traffic congestion and traffic diversions).
Weather disruptions (that include but are not limited to heavy snow, heavy rain, flooding, icy road conditions and tornados). 

War, Riots, Acts of terrorism, Act of God, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown, fire, flood, storm. 

Discounts/Promotions

Keeran Roberts Photography reserves the right to remove any discounts or promotions without prior notice.

Discounts and/or promotions will be marketed via social media or leaflets which will contain a discount code. Discounts will be applied at the time of payment of your deposit being paid. 

Any promotions shown on Keeran Roberts Photography's website cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions. 

Abuse/Black Mail etc.

Keeran Roberts Photography will not tolerate any abuse, blackmail etc during or after your wedding. If any form of abuse, blackmail etc., is directed towards Keeran Roberts Photography, legal action will be taken against you (the client, external parties which include but not limited to client bridal parents/family/guests including any businesses).
 

Disclaimer

Keeran Roberts Photography has taken care to ensure that all content on this website is up-to-date. Keeran Roberts Photography shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability of loss, damage (whether direct or indirect) personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of, or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly.

Keeran Roberts Photography works alone and will endeavour to photograph all requested photos from the bride, groom, birthday guests, corporate parties etc. If any party (bride, groom parents etc) decide to not have photos taken, Keeran Roberts Photography takes no responsibility for not capturing these photos. 

Keeran Roberts Photography will carry out photography work at the request of the bridal party, wedding guests, birthday guests, corporate guests etc. as standard therefore Keeran Roberts Photography takes no responsibility for not capturing all of the requested photos from the mentioned parties.

Keeran Roberts Photography takes no responsibility for any photos becoming corrupted during the contracted photography period and/or during the editing phase of your photos.
